We had a fantastic time, close to the Metro, Clarke Quay and China Town.

Apple was awesome, she dropped off extra coffee pods and gave us so much information. Big room right opposite vibrant Clarke Quay.

If you are a light sleeper you might struggle due to the noise from Clarke Quay.

Great location. Superb staff, strange room set up.

Superb location, right on the river front and above a subway station. Very good leisure facilities - gym, pool and hot tubs. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff.

The layout of the room. The bathroom was very small and only closed off by a thin sliding door. The second bed in the one bedroom apartment was a sofa bed as advertised, but with a very very thin mattress to lie on. Most annoying was the lack of a full wall and door between the bedroom and the living area/location of sofa bed. This meant a lack of any privacy and should be more clearly portrayed/described.

Great Place

Location and the facilities. Great view, great place for small families, the room are a lot larger than a normal hotel room. The kitchen facilities are also great with coffee machine and coffee pods provided :) Will come back again when we are back in Singapore.

Would not recommend this property.

Misleading information on the website. Did not receive the separate rooms as implied in the photos, also stated there was a transfer but was told after I made payment (non refundable) that it was no longer offered. It was like staying in an industrial office, second bed was so hard and uncomfortable that it would have been better to sleep on the floor. Was told it was quiet but the night life and music from across the river kept us awake half the night.

Exceeded our expectations with amazing views of the city.

Amazing views - the windows were so huge. And such a central location - we had buses & MRT right there. Bed was very comfy. Checkin staff was very friendly.

It’s slightly loud being directly on the quay but didn’t effect our sleep.

The lovley girl who met us at the door was such a kind hearted , and polite lady . She made our stay so comfortable . Deffs would be staying here again in the future. The facilitys are amazing bed is comfortable . I can not recommend this place enough

Brilliant Central at Clark Quay

Mostly we loved the care and attention from Apple, who introduced us to the apartment and area, and was generally fantastic and attentive. The apartment was wonderfully located. Basically you could not get closer to Clark Quay MRT, and right in the Quay. It was spacious enough for 3 or 4, but you have to be close to each other because there is no “bedroom”. There is a room separated from kitchen/ lounge by two big wardrobes. And the second bed is the fold out sofa. Still, it was fine for a family.

The mirrors in the place at the back of the wardrobes take a little getting used to, but were fine once we’d walked into it, then placed items on the floor in front of them!

Good location however a bit noisy at night with local bars...

Good location however a bit noisy at night with local bars and clubs playing loud music. Room comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful - they met up with us to show us to the room as we got a little lost.

We have been travelling around NZ and Asia for 10 months and this room was probably the most expensive we have booked. This is likely reflective of the expense of Singapore and the fact the GP was scheduled in the days after we left. The room and facilities were very nice but certainly had much better value for money elsewhere.

Excellent!!!

Great location, very clean, staff excellent, Apple met us & showed us all facilities available, outstanding customer service.!

Initially a little hard to find as access is through a shopping centre, however the Shopping Centre Concierge was very helpful with directions.

Clean, comfortable and well located.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well located. I thought we might have trouble checking in but on stepping out of out taxi we were greeted by one of the Cayden staff, the delightful Apple, who showed us around and explained the facilities to us. A couple of minor issues were sorted the next day. Would definitely stay there again.

A few really simple things . Tea towels for drying dishes, a proper bath mat for the shower and an up to date inventory. For instance we were meant to have 6 glasses but there were only 4. It would be annoying to be charged for loss or breakage of something that wasn't there in the first place
